We want you to love your exclusive Netflix gear as much as your favorite show, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status as it reaches our warehouse.
